With 15 years of industry experience, I am committed to professionalism and compassionate, client-centered service. Born and raised in Alaska, I am also a proud mother of three wonderful sons, who inspire my dedication to family, community, and caring for others.

I’m Lone, proud member of the Purple Team here in Anchorage, AK.

As the Front Desk Scheduler at TLC, I handle the coordination of client and employee schedules. My role also involves conducting interviews and managing the onboarding and processing of new hires. With over 20 years of experience as a customer service representative and more than 15 years of caregiving experience, I bring a wealth of expertise to the team.

Beyond work, I find joy in reading, singing, fishing, and spending quality time with my grandbabies. Being an outdoors person, I love planting flowers and taking a refreshing swim when the summer heat kicks in. Joining the TLC family has filled me with happiness and gratitude, and I’m thrilled to be part of this fantastic team. #IAMTEAMPURPLE!

My name is Merry and my coworkers call me that because it best describes my personality, since I’m a cheerful person.

I work as a Lead Specialist, assisting the Client Care Coordinator in gathering information on potential prospects to create more opportunities for our caregivers. I also support TLC Care Services with marketing and social media management by creating brochures and other promotional materials, as well as developing and posting content that highlights our services, recognizes our caregivers, and promotes the value of quality care across various social media platforms.

TLC Care Services has been a blessing to me since I am the sole provider for my two children; they allow me to work from home while keeping an eye on them. I enjoy baking as a hobby, and my family enjoys my cakes, so I have an online cake business. My job is teaching me how to be more skilled and goal-oriented.

At 23, I love putting my heart into whatever I do, no matter the job.

I’ve gone through lots of stuff, some not-so-great, and some incredible things. I’m grateful to God for all those experiences because they taught me to be tough and stand up for myself. Each twist and turn in life became a lesson, making me stronger and ready to face whatever came my way.

Being part of this company has shown me how crucial it is to be patient and kind to everyone I meet. Understanding the value of respecting each person has become a big lesson for me.
